Question:328 Mr. McCormack asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the current position regarding a sewerage scheme for Clifden, County Galway; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [22060/00]
Written Answers. - Water and Sewerage Schemes.
This scheme is included in my Department's water and sewerage services investment programme 2000-02 to com mence construction in 2002. My Department is awaiting additional information relating to the treatment works site, requested from Galway County Council in July, to enable the preliminary report for the scheme to be further considered.
