394 Mr. Shatter asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform further to Parliamentary Question No. 131 of 5 October 2000, when he will be in a position to furnish the information in relation to divorce, judicial separations and nullity applications for the period from 1 August 1999 to 31 July 2000; and if he will furnish this information when it becomes available. As I advised the Deputy in my reply to Parliamentary Question No. 131 of 5 October 2000, the Courts Service is at present compiling the information sought.

When the information becomes available it will be forwarded to the Deputy without delay.
