Higgins asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will report on the delay for the extension and refurbishment of St. Colman's national school, Corofin, Cummer, Tuam, County Galway; if he will ensure the matter is expedited; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Architectural planning for improved accommodation at St. Colman's national school, Corofin, Cummer, Tuam, County Galway, is proceeding as quickly as possible having regard to the large number of school building projects on hand within my Department.
It is not possible at this point to say when construction will commence, however, the school authorities will be notified of progress.
