130 Mr. Broughan asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources the discussions that have been held with the European Commission regarding its demand for the repayment of £6.5 million in forestry grants allegedly improperly paid to Coillte Teoranta; and if he will make a statement on the matter. An appeal against the European Commission's decision on this issue has been lodged in the European Court of Justice.
