128 Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the inquiries he has made with the Garda authorities regarding the possession by gardaí in County Donegal of audio tape recordings of telephone conversations of British officers in Derry on Bloody Sunday 1972; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by the Garda authorities that inquiries by them into this matter have, to date, failed to locate any audio tape recordings of British officers in Derry on Bloody Sunday.
