23 Ms O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Public Enterprise if she has been presented with a full report by the chairman of CIE on the precise nature of its contractual obligations with a company (details supplied) in relation to the Spencer Dock project; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The chairman of CIE has outlined to me the basis of CIE's participation in the Spencer Dock project. The agreement with the Spencer Dock Development Company contains a confidentiality clause, and is a day to day matter for the board and management of CIE, in which I have no function.
