Question:

190 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development whether unimpeded access continues for Irish lamb to all European markets; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23657/00]

Irish lamb continues to have unimpeded access to all European markets. Our lamb is currently exported to approximately 17 countries including all 15 EU member states. France remains the single biggest market by far taking over 70% of our total exports.
