Vol. 525 No. 2

Written Answers. - Stamp Duty.

Michael Finucane

Question:

393 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Finance when a stamp duty refund will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick. [24355/00]

I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that the Land Registry has been requested to provide the original stamped instrument of transfer to the stamp duty office in Cork and that when it is received by them the refund application will be processed.

Arrangements have been made to expedite the return of the deed.
