626 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason the services of a psychologist (details supplied) in the Mid-Western Health Board have been withdrawn from a person (details supplied) in spite of the fact that a court ordered that the psychologist be available to the patient to render the necessary treatment. Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin):

This is a matter for the Mid-Western Health Board and I have therefore referred it to the chief executive officer of the Mid-Western Health Board and have requested him to reply directly to the Deputy.
