716 Mr. McGrath asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the status of an application from Westmeath County Council for funds to upgrade Ennell Court, Patrick Street, Mullingar; whether a pilot project is due to commence on one house in this estate shortly; if so, the estimated cost and duration of this pilot project; and when the funds for the full project are likely to be approved.
