301 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the proposals he has to increase capacity at the sewage treatment works at Castlebar, County Mayo; the expected date for commencement of work; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25790/00]

I refer to the reply to Questions Nos. 713 and 714 of 3 October 2000. The results of Mayo County Council's review of the preliminary report for the scheme are still awaited in my Department.
