172 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources if he will give details of felling licences without conditions attached requiring the planting of trees to replace those felled at the same location granted to Coillte Teo since the introduction of the forest strategy in 1996; the location of these licences; their extent; and the reasons given for not requiring their replacement at the same location. [25641/00]
