404 Mr. S. Ryan asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will report on the application from Donabate boys national school, County Dublin, for an additional remedial teacher (details supplied); if he will respond favourably to the application. [26326/00]

I have asked my Department's inspectorate to investigate the remedial needs of the school in question. As soon as the inspectorate report is received, my Department will consider the school's request for additional support.
