353 Mr. N. Ahern asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will give an update on an application from schools (details supplied) who submitted an application for grant approval for five important capital projects; if he will report on the progress in detail; when the process and work will be finalised; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As a result of an application received from the school for improvement works, the school authorities were advised by my Department to appoint a consultant architect to draw up a report and proposals for the works in question. When this report is to hand, further consideration will be given to the matter.
