133 Proinsias De Rossa asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources his views on an application for a foreshore licence by Sutton Dinghy Club, County Dublin, which would restrict access by the public to a beach there; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [27367/00]

In accordance with normal practice, this application is not being considered in my Department pending a decision by An Bord Pleanála on appeals against the grant of planning permission for the land based aspects.
