Question:

127 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Public Enterprise the measures her Department could take, in conjunction with other Departments, to ensure that the rail station at Hazelhatch, Celbridge, County Kildare, does not undergo a repeat of the recent severe flooding; when it is anticipated that the necessary remedial measures are likely to be put in place; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I have no statutory function in relation to this matter which is a day to day function of the board.
