333 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the position in relation to a Land Registry application of a person (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [28375/00]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application under section 49 of the Registration of Title Act, 1964 which was lodged on 19 October 2000. I understand that due to their complicated nature, applications under section 49 take some time to process and it is not possible to estimate a completion date at this stage. However, I can assure the Deputy that the application is receiving attention.
