106 Mr. McGuinness asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if she will issue a visa to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 1; and her views on the current status of the person's visa application. [28602/00]

A work permit has been approved by my Department on behalf of the individual concerned and will be forwarded to the employer on receipt of the requisite fee.
