423 Mr. Spring asked the Minister for Education and Science the details of any discussions which have taken place between his Department and an organisation (details supplied) in relation to the disposal of the properties at Balloonagh and Moyderwell Secondary Schools, Tralee, County Kerry consequent on the opening of the amalgamated secondary school in September 2001. Issues regarding the disposal of properties at Balloonagh and Moyderwell secondary schools, Tralee, County Kerry, consequent on the opening of the amalgamated secondary school at Mounthawk will be dealt with by the trustees in the normal way. My Department's sole interest in such disposals will extend to recouping capital invested in the buildings if their intended future use is no longer for educational purposes.
