61 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when he will be in a position to give Dungarvan Urban Council and Waterford County Council permission to proceed with the proposed Dungarvan sewerage treatment scheme for the greater Dungarvan area; the reason for the delay in proceeding with the scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Contract documents for the collection and delivery system for the Dungarvan sewerage scheme were received in my Department from Waterford County Council on 28 November 2000. The contract documents are being examined in the Department and will be dealt with as quickly as possible.
