101 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development the reasons a person (details supplied) in County Kerry is not in receipt of a full early farm retirement pension; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [29861/00]
At one period since his pension under the early retirement scheme began, the person named was also receiving a disabled person's maintenance allowance from a health board. He was not entitled to receive this allowance at the same time as the pension, and the health board concerned provided my Department with a form of authorisation signed by him for the overpayment to be recovered from his early retirement pension.
