1000 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will ensure that the schedule pending with the Land Registry office is immediately transferred to a person (details supplied); if it will be expedited; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1111/01]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application which relates to a Land Commission vesting order was lodged on 4 May 1995. I am further informed by the Land Registry that this dealing was completed on 10 January 2001.
