Question:72 Mr. Higgins (Mayo) asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a report in respect of complaints by a member of the Garda Síochána (details supplied) in County Donegal has been completed. [1176/01]

I am informed by the Garda authorities that complaints made by a member of the Garda Síochána in County Donegal have been investigated by a senior Garda from outside the Donegal division and the matter is currently being examined by Garda management. In the circumstances, I do not propose to make any further comment on the matter at this stage.
