Question:

95 Ms O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the finance and resources which are being allocated for the planned educational campaign regarding multi-culturalism and anti-racism; the projected time period for the campaign; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3194/01]

A core budget of £1.5 million per annum, over a three-year period, has been allocated for the public awareness programme. A high level steering group, with an independent chairperson, will implement the programme in partnership with the equality division of my Department, which will have overall responsibility for co-ordinating the programme and its budget. The composition of the high level steering group is:
