131 Mr. P. Carey asked the Minister for Education and Science if he has received an application from a school (details supplied) in Dublin 11 for a grant for the erection of railings around the outer perimeter of the school; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3453/01]
My Department has received an application from the board of management of the school in question for the provision of railings around the outer perimeter of the school site.
This is one of a large number of applications on hand within my Department's building unit. Within this constraint, it is being dealt with as quickly as possible and the school authorities will be kept advised of developments.
