287 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Education and Science if, in view of his recent announcement on the school transport service, he will arrange to have a case (details supplied) in County Kilkenny fully investigated with a view to facilitating the children concerned. [3851/01]

A report has been requested from Bus Éireann regarding the school transport arrangements for the children referred to by the Deputy.

The Deputy will be advised of the outcome as soon as the report has been received and assessed.
