: I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to a Rule 8 application which was completed on 9 February, 2001.

: I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for a transmission on death which was lodged on 8 December 2000.

I am further informed that queries issued to the lodging solicitor on 5 February 2001 and the application cannot proceed until these queries have been satisfactorily resolved. However, the matter will be dealt with as soon as possible after a satisfactory reply has been received.
