Question:46 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Defence if crèche facilities can be provided for members of the Defence Forces; and if he will respond to the requests of both PDFORRA and RACO to provide such facilities. [3912/01]
Written Answers. - Crèche Facilities.
The request to provide crèche facilities for members of the Defence Forces has been raised by the Defence Forces representative associations, RACO and PDFORRA, under the conciliation and arbitration scheme for the Defence Forces. By agreement with the associations, discussions under the scheme are confidential to the parties involved. Accordingly, the Deputy will appreciate that it would not be appropriate for me to comment on this issue at present.
