79 Dr. O'Hanlon asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the position in regard to funding from training authorities funded from European moneys where the person is a trainee of a training service in the North or South and the placement is in the other part of the island; if she will ensure reciprocal arrangements; and if she will make a statement on the matter. FÁS offers equal access to all EU nationals regardless of residency or ESF funding of measures; the same eligibility criteria is applied to all.

In the time available it has not been possible to complete our inquiries on the full extent of reciprocity and I will revert to the Deputy on this matter as soon as possible.
