121 Mr. Kenneally asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when payment will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Waterford in respect of a grant for a slatted tank; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4261/01]
A notification of completion of investments works under the national control for the control of farm pollution was received from the person named in the local office of my Department on 3 January 2001. He omitted to forward a current tax clearance certifi cate along with the notification. This was subsequently received on 22 January 2001. An inspection of the investment works has been arranged and if everything is found to be in order, payment of the grant will issue within the next four weeks.
