Question:145 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will arrange to have the Report of the Inspector of Mental Hospitals for 2000 published by Easter 2001. [4264/01]
Written Answers. - Inspector of Mental Hospitals Report.
I am informed by the Inspector of Mental Hospitals that the inspection of facilities for the year 2000 report has been completed and the process of preparing the report for publication is now under way. In view of the amount of work involved in this process, it will not be possible to finalise and publish the report prior to Easter 2001.
I can assure the Deputy that there will be no delay in publishing the report after it has been presented to me by the inspector.
