153 Mr. Moloney asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development the total funding allocated each year from 1995 to 2001 by his Department for counties Laois and Offaly; and the major developments that began or major service improvements that were funded as a result of an increase in funding in each of these years.
