Vol. 530 No. 6

Written Answers. - Visa Applications.

John McGuinness

Question:

355 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform further to Parliamentary Question No. 784 of 7 November 2000 and No. 1029 of 30 January 2001, the way in which the applicant can adequately address the concerns of his Department; the names and contact numbers of the officials who can assist in this case; and if a meeting can be arranged with this applicant and her representative. [4468/01]

Officials from my Department will arrange to meet the applicant's referee this week to discuss the additional information which has been supplied. I expect a final decision will be arrived at shortly thereafter and I will advise the Deputy of the outcome.
