Vol. 530 No. 6

Written Answers. - Capital Projects.

Brian O'Shea

Question:

375 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the capital projects funded by his Department that commenced in the Waterford constituency in 2000; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4827/01]

My Department has provided funding to child care programmes in the Waterford constituency in the year 2000 as outlined in the following tabular statement. It should be noted that capital projects under the current programme, Equal Opportunities Childcare Programme, 2000-2006 have one year in which to start and three years in which to complete a project. Within that period the start dates are at the discretion of the applicants. The following tabular statement outlines capital projects in 2000, the location, amounts allocated and where available, the expected start and completion date.
