Question:379 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Tourism, Sport and Recreation if works may commence on a project (details supplied) in County Donegal. [4444/01]
Written Answers. - Sports Capital Programme.
The club in question was provisionally allocated a grant in the amount of £100,000 under the 1999 sports capital programme, subject to the terms and conditions of the programme. The final documentation in relation to this project, which was received from the club on 23 January 2001, was approved by the Office of Public Works and the club was informed on 6 February 2001 that the contract may be placed with the lowest tenderer.
