131 Proinsias De Rossa asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands if her Department will fund and give advice and information to assist in the launch of an Internet radio station based in Dublin focusing exclusively on Irish culture; the way in which such an application could be made; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
