Question:47 Mr. Broughan asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands the progress made in her discussions with the Department of Finance regarding the provision of additional resources for the National Archive to enable it to recruit additional staff and provide a better service; when it is expected that these will be concluded having regard to the particular workload the National Archive carries from the end of year release of records; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
