46 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when he will establish the private residential tenancies board; the consultations he has had concerning the composition of the board; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5134/01]

I refer to the reply to Question No. 2 on today's Order Paper. Consultations with interested parties regarding the membership of the private rented residential tenancies board will take place over the coming months.
