65 Mr. Higgins (Mayo) asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources if his attention has been drawn to the shortfall of cash available to the Western Regional Fisheries Board with the result that development work at Cushlough on Lough Mask is virtually non existent; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
