International Agreements: Motion.

I move:

That Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the International Convention on Oil Pollution, Preparedness, Response and Co-Operation, 1990, done at London on the 30th day of November, 1990. A copy of this instrument was laid before Dáil Éireann on the 5th February, 2001.

Question put and agreed to.

I move:

That Dáil Éireann, in accordance with the terms of Article 29.5.2 of the Constitution, approves the terms of the Protocol done at London on the 7th day of November, 1996 to amend the Convention on the Prevention of Marine Pollution by Dumping of Wastes and Other Matter, 1972 which applies internationally.
