120 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of incidents of street violence reported in the past 12 months; the number of such cases in respect of which prosecutions have taken place; the number still outstanding, if any; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by the Garda authorities that the final crime figures for 2000 are not currently available. They are being finalised at present and will be published in due course.
