134 Ms O. Mitchell asked the Minister for Education and Science if his Department will purchase land at St. Attracta's school, Ballinteer, Dublin 14, which is the subject of a purchase notice pursuant to section 29 of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Acts, 1963 to 2000. [6321/01]

I understand that the Deputy is referring to a piece of land adjacent to the St. Attracta's national school. My Department has no plans to acquire the land in question.
