423 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he has received complete documents from Kilkenny County Council in respect of Thomastown sewer age scheme, County Kilkenny; when he will approve these documents in order that the scheme can go to tender; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for the Environment and Local Government (Mr. Dempsey):

I approved the contract documents for this scheme on 26 February 2001 and am now awaiting the submission of the council's tender recommendation.
