That Deputy Emmet Stagg be discharged from the Joint Committee on Public Enterprise and Transport and Deputy Pat Rabbitte be appointed in substitution for him; and that Deputy Pat Rabbitte be discharged from the Standing sub-committee on Dáil Reform.
