284 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 332 of 22 November 1999, he will outline the progress made on Land Registry applications by a person (details supplied); if her applications will be expedited; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [8951/01]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that these applications refer to a transmission and an application under section 49 of the Registration of Title Act, 1964, which were lodged on 5 November 1998 and 16 November 1998, respectively.
I am further informed by the Land Registry that a reply to the query of 5 December 2000 to the lodging solicitor has been received and the application is now awaiting further attention. I have also been informed that Dealing No. D1999SM007593K must be completed before Dealing No. D1999SM007404K can proceed.
