Question:312 Mr. McGrath asked the Minister for Education and Science the progress being made on the appointment of a resource teacher to a primary school (details supplied) in County Westmeath. [8615/01]

The authorities at the school in question have been requested by my Department's inspectorate to provide additional information in support of their application for a resource teacher.
As soon as this information is received a decision will be made on the matter and my officials will be in touch with the school authorities.
