Question:243 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Health and Children if subvention under the Nursing Homes Act is available to people with physical disabilities who are living in purpose built private accommodation; if so, if he will clarify the regulations and obligations of the proprietors of such premises regarding staff qualifications; and the funding which may be available from his Department to assist in the provision of such suitable accommodation.
