I move:
That notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, any Committee to which the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Bill, 2001, may be committed shall have power to make provision in the Bill with regard to the supply, to final customers, of electricity which is produced using combined heat and power or electricity purchased in place of such electricity.
