138 Mrs. Barnes asked the Minister for Finance the progress to date in respect of the provision of crèche facilities at Leinster House; the numbers to be catered for; the start-up date of this facility; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [10648/01]
The crèche facility for the Oireachtas will be located in the lower ground floor of Kildare House and will cater for about 29 children. The crèche will be accessed by a new entrance from Setanta Place. Construction of the crèche is expected to start in June 2001 and will be completed in October 2001.
