Hefferon for the Arms Trial; (13) Deputy Breeda Moynihan-Cronin – the need to establish a working group, headed by the Taoiseach, to assist the tourism industry with the crisis due to the number of cancellations and low level of bookings for the summer months; (14) Deputy Haughey – the role of the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform, if any, in relation to the statement made by a former Head of Military Intelligence, Col. Hefferon, in advance of the Arms Trial of 1970, which was edited.

The matters raised by Deputies Timmins, Fitzgerald, Moynihan-Cronin and Sheehan have been selected for discussion.
